Aims
The Agricultural Bureau aims to
-
provide farmers with access to up-to-date research and technical information with practical on-farm uses;

assist members in developing sustainable farming systems;

develop an active and informed rural sector that creates and manages change by supplying members with information relevant to their farming practices;

initiate innovation and adoption of best practice in the rural sector;

enable members to deal with management and production issues by providing opportunities to talk to other farmers and technical officers;
-
foster and support a strong Bureau network that works in partnership with government, education, research providers, agribusiness, industry and the community;
-
promote goodwill, friendship and understanding among its members and in the community at large.
